STEPPING DOWN: Mamlet

sTating a desire to spend more time with her family, Robin Mamlet has announced that this will be her last year as Stanford’s dean of admission and financial aid. President John Hennessy lauded Mamlet, who came to the Farm from Swarthmore College in 2000, for her efforts to improve Stanford’s financial aid program and for a “succession of stellar freshman classes”.... Scholars from Stanford’s Center for International Security and Cooperation have joined with the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey to administer a joint fellowship program examining ways governments can respond more effectively to terrorism. The project is funded by a $1.65 million contract from the Department of Homeland Security.
