MODEL GIRL:The Barbie show, titled Barbie Millicent Roberts, will open in October at the Mark Moore Gallery in Santa Monica. Levinthal shot his first photo of the doll for a book called The Art of Barbie, published in 1994, the proceeds of which were donated to children with AIDS.
